People often use abbreviations on chat and WhatsApp. Although they are not proper English words, people often use them as it makes typing faster. Here are the full forms of these common abbreviations 

النّاس غالِبا ما تستخدِم الاِختِصارات على دردشة الواتس اب وعلى الرّغم مِن أنّها ليْست كلِمات إنجليزية سليمة، غالبا ما يستخدِمُها النّاس لِأنّها تجعل الكِتابة بِشكل أسرع. وفيما يلي نماذِج كامِلة لِهذِه الاِختِصارات الشّائِعة.


1. LOL: Laugh Out Loud

الضحك (يضحك بصوت عال) / قهقه

Example: You're so funny! LOL!


2. BRB: Be right back

سأعود قريبا 

Example: Hey, mom is calling me! I'll BRB.


3. TTYL: Talk to you later

سأتحدث إليكم في وقت لاحق

Example: I am watching a movie right now, TTYL.


4. BTW: by the way

بالمناسبة

Example: BTW, you were looking good today! 


5. BFF: Best friend(s) forever

أفضل صديق (أصدقاء) للأبد

 Example: She is my BFF. 


6. DM: Direct Message

رسالة مباشرة

Example: If you have something important, just DM me. Don't message anything publicly.


7. IDK: I don't know  

لا أعرف

Example: IDK why is she behaving like this!

 

8. IMHO: in my humble opinion

في رأيي المتواضع

Example: IMHO, what he did was wrong!


9. ROFL: Rolling on the floor laughing

تدحرج على الأرض من كثرة الضحك

Example: You should have seen him at the fancy dress party! ROFL!


10. w/o: without 

بدون

Example: I will be going to the mall w/o, my friend. 


11. XO: hugs and kisses;

العناق والقبلات

Example: I will see you later, XO!



12. OMG - Oh My God
     OMG - يا إلهي


13. POV - Point Of View
     POV - وجهة نظر


14. TBH - To Be Honest
     TBH - لِكي أكُونَ صادقَ


15. FYI - For Your Information
     FYI - لمعلوماتكم



16. DND - Do Not Disturb
    DND - لا تزعجُ (عدم الإزعاج)


17. ASAP - As Soon As Possible
     ASAP - بأسرع ما يمكن


18. DP - Display Picture
     DP - صورة عرضِ


19. NTN - Nothing
     NTN - لا شيء


20. THX - Thanks (TY = Thank you)
     THX - شكراً (TY = شكراً لكم)


21. Bcoz - Because
     Bcoz - لأن

  Conditional type 1 Form  : In a type 1 Conditional sentence, the tense in If clause is the simple present, and the tense in the main clause is the simple future.
